TERMS OF SERVICE NO REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

By booking this service you are acknowledging, agreeing to and accepting the following terms of services:

Perfect 10 Maids, LLC, endeavors to provide the best work environment for our highly trained, expert cleaning technicians. In order to facilitate a fair and just work environment and compensation for our staff we advise of the following policies:

 

Terms of Services

  1. The customer will ensure that the location where the cleaning services will be performed is free from any unsafe conditions, including but not limited to, illegal activity, dangerous pets, dangerous mold or mildew, rodent or insect infestation and/or the presence of bodily fluids;
  2. The customer will ensure that the location where the cleaning services will be performed has working electricity, heat, air conditioning, and hot water;
  3. The customer acknowledges that if the location where the cleaning services will be performed is unsafe, ill-equipped to facilitate cleaning, or excessively dirty, excessively dusty, excessively disorganized such that the cleaning technician cannot perform the cleaning service purchased by the customer as provided in the description of the service, then the customer shall pay a minimum of 25% to cancel the cleaning service or pay the
    additional amount required to complete the cleaning service;
  4. The customer shall not solicit nor attempt to hire the cleaning technician for work to be performed outside of the services purchased via Perfect 10 Maids, LLC;

Cancellation Policy

  1. Customers shall notify Perfect 10 Maids, LLC, of any and all cancellations of scheduled cleaning services via phone at 404-400-6990 with a live agent, in writing to support@perfect10maids.com, or on the website at www.perfect10maids.com only, prior to 5:00 pm on the day before the service is scheduled to be performed. Any cancellations not completed in this manner and/or after this time shall incur at a minimum a $50 cancellation charge;
  2. Any cancellations by the customer, for any reason, after the arrival to the location by the cleaning tech will incur a charge of a minimum of 25% of the service total;

NO REFUND POLICY

Perfect 10 Maids, LLC guarantees the work performed by our highly trained expert cleaning technicians. We will redo any cleaning service paid for by our customers that has not been completed to our customers satisfaction within the parameters of the description of that particular cleaning service. In order to utilize this guarantee our customers must do all of the following:

  1. Designate a competent adult (18 or over) individual to complete (and sign an acknowledgment of) an after-cleaning check-out immediately following the completion of the cleaning job (if no one is available, customer acknowledges that the guarantee is forfeited);
  2. Notify us within two hours of the completion of the cleaning service, of any services not having been performed to customer’s satisfaction based on the parameters of the description of that particular cleaning service;
  3. Make the property available for the “redo” on the day that the service was performed and for the subsequent 24-hour period; and
  4. Email “support@perfect10maids.com” with pictures of the items in dispute and a written list of what wasn’t performed or wasn’t performed satisfactorily no later than 2 hours after providing notification in number 2 above.
