All Cleaners follow these strict protocols:
- Cleaners wear Gloves, Masks and Shoe Coverings the entire time in the home, regardless if anyone is home or not.
- Cleaners temperature check every morning. Cleaners with any symptoms, or if they have been exposed as defined by the CDC will not work for period prescribed by the CDC.
- Cleaners require that strict social distancing of 6 ft or more is practiced if there are any residents in home during the cleaning service.
- Please notify us immediately if anyone in the home is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has been in close contact with someone who tested positive within the last 14 days.
Pre-treating your home to kill Coronavirus
We use a CDC approved neutral disinfectant product that is safe to use on non-porous surfaces. To effectively eliminate and kill Coronavirus, the solution needs to sit on surfaces for 10 minutes. Your kitchen and bathroom will be pre-treated before our cleaners work in other rooms so that the solution can work as intended. We will then clean the kitchen and bathrooms like we normally do. Please let us know if you have special instructions or products that you require.
